Service Description
This class is for all levels and abilities with plenty of modifications to increase/decrease intensity and impact. It is focused on improving overall health related fitness using bodyweight for building strength. It is a fun mix of foundational strength exercises interspersed with cardio conditioning. Exercises will include a variation of modified and dynamic planks, press ups, hip bridges, squats and lunges amongst other arm, abdominal and back exercises. Cardio aspects will include a mix of marches, jumping jacks and fun step actions.
