Strength and conditioning exercises

Based on 1 session per week

Adult Netball

Friendly, fun and inclusive, regardless of fitness and skill levels.

Term dates:
Adult, Tuesday evening, 8 – 9pm

Valid for 10 weeks

Sessions are filled with fun games

Match play and team building

Make new friends and build confidence

Based on 1 session per week

Runner Beings - Battersea (Jan - Mar)

Every Tuesday evening, 4 – 5pm and 5 – 6pm
