Services on offer

Join me on a journey to discover the joy of movement, build lifelong skills, and embrace a healthier, more active you.

Personal Training

Prefer a more personal approach, short on time or if training with others is your way to stay motivated, then 1 to 1, small group or online sessions is ideal.

Incorporating options for adults or children, of all ages, abilities and outcomes, this training is tailored to your needs and the way you like to exercise.

Whether it is fitness, strength, flexibility, movement, toning or overall health you’d like to improve, personal training is ideal for people with busy lifestyles.

As your personal trainer I will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keep you motivated and excited for your next session.

Your first session will include a fitness assessment which involves an initial free consultation to build a profile about you, your medical history, previous training experience and specific needs and goals.

Adult Strength Training

Whether you're a beginner or seasoned enthusiast, the goal is to guide you safely through effective and engaging workouts, fostering a resilient body and a confident spirit.

A comprehensive approach integrates elements of conditioning, mobility work, and targeted muscle development, ensuring a well-rounded and sustainable fitness journey. Each session is an opportunity to challenge yourself, celebrate progress, and cultivate a positive mindset.
