Personal Training

Prefer a more personal approach, short on time or if training with others is your way to stay motivated, then 1 to 1, small group or online sessions is ideal.

 

Incorporating options for adults or children, of all ages, abilities and outcomes, this training is tailored to your needs and the way you like to exercise.

​

Whether it is fitness, strength, flexibility, movement, toning or overall health you’d like to improve, personal training is ideal for people with busy lifestyles. 

​

As your personal trainer I will work with you to plan a schedule around your commitments, keep you motivated and excited for your next session.

​

Your first session will include a fitness assessment which involves an initial free consultation to build a profile about you, your medical history, previous training experience and specific needs and goals.

Adult Strength Training

Whether you're a beginner or seasoned enthusiast, the goal is to guide you safely through effective and engaging workouts, fostering a resilient body and a confident spirit.

​

A comprehensive approach integrates elements of conditioning, mobility work, and targeted muscle development, ensuring a well-rounded and sustainable fitness journey. Each session is an opportunity to challenge yourself, celebrate progress, and cultivate a positive mindset.

Playing Cricket at School

Sports in School

Healthy and active children concentrate better, have improved academic performance and are more likely to behave and therefore learn.

 

I support schools to improve the quality and quantity of their Physical Education and school sports provision, providing CPD workshops, extra curricular clubs and staff support. I provide one to one mentoring for primary school teachers to develop subject knowledge, confidence and expertise in delivering high quality PE lessons.

Youth Fitness

In collaboration with Black Prince Community Trust the offerings are, a girls only and a boys only youth fitness session, designed for ages 13 to 17.

(Age 13 – 17), 6 – 7pm

Adult Fitness class

A 45 minutes, low impact, high intensity class. This class is for all levels and abilities with plenty of modifications to increase/decrease intensity and impact. It is focused on improving overall health related fitness using bodyweight for building strength. It is a fun mix of foundational strength exercises interspersed with cardio conditioning.

Runner Beings Run Clubs

The run clubs are designed for children who enjoy running or are interested in running. It is a fun club with plenty of variety in activities and run distances. 

​

Millennium Arena Battersea Park

Family Fun & Fitness

A free fun inclusive session for the whole family that aims to develop overall fitness through fundamental skills based exercises, group strength activities and team games for all ages and is free to attend.

 

The spaces is generously donated by Lollard Street Adventure Playground (Spring & Summer) and Black Prince Community Trust (Autumn & Winter).

Sessions are filled with fun games, match play and team building, while making new friends along the way.

Community Basketball

Fun community basketball sessions for the entire family. These sessions are to help support active family lifestyle and is free to attend.
