Green Power Punch smoothie

Indulge your taste buds and nourish your body with this vibrant and nutrient-packed smoothie, bursting with the goodness of leafy greens, creamy almond butter, and antioxidant-rich berries.


  1. Spinach or Kale - 1 cup

  2. Frozen banana - ½ banana

  3. Frozen blueberries - ½ cup

  4. Almond butter - 1 tablespoon or Protein powder - 1 scoop

  5. Chia seeds or Flax seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional, for added fibre and omega-3 fatty acids)

  6. Water or Coconut water - 1 cup (adjust for desired consistency)


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no large chunks of spinach or kale.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water or coconut water to reach your preferred consistency.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
