Youth Fitness

Discover the ultimate fitness experience tailored just for you!

 

In collaboration with Black Prince Community Trust the offerings are, a girls only and a boys only youth fitness session, designed for ages 13 to 17.

 

The girls only sessions, dive into empowering workouts that build strength, boost confidence, and create a supportive sisterhood atmosphere. Learn essential fitness skills, from mastering various exercises to understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

 

Our boys only sessions provide an energetic space for young men to unleash their potential, fostering camaraderie and personal growth. Explore dynamic workouts, gain strength, and develop skills that go beyond the gym.

 

Both programs emphasise teamwork, goal-setting, and the joy of movement, creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive. Join us for an exciting adventure in fitness, where laughter meets learning, and where each session is a step toward a healthier, happier you!

Details:

Wednesday evenings; Black Prince Trust, Beaufoy Walk, London, SE11 6AA

Girls only fitness sessions (ages 13 – 17), 5 -  6pm

Boys only fitness sessions (ages 13 – 17), 6 – 7pm

 

Instructions:

On arrival, please make your way to the Boxing Studio located in the Sports Hall building and sign in with a member of staff. Please follow the link below to sign up for sessions via the schedule on the Black Prince Community Trust website. If you don't have a confirmation email, you may not be able to participate.

Please note, due to the high demand of our sessions, we operate a 15 minute 'show up policy'. If you do not attend within 15 minutes of the session's start time, we reserve the right to give your place to someone else.

 

Please bring a bottle of water with you.
